age again?

Barman:"Do you have an ID?" Me:"Why how old do I look?" Barman:"Under 18" Me:"Really?17?16?" Barman"More like 12..."

Once again, at self checkout till, the woman sheepily approaches me and asks for my ID, quite reluctant to say what age she thinks I am...20! 2 days from my bday! impressive! I wonder if they will ID me on the day of my bday too!

When I approached the till, I could already see the girl at the till looking at me suspiciously.

Then she scanned the liqueur which was going to be Dan's valentine's present and I was almost paying...when I saw this tall man she obviously called from her till asking me for my ID.

I mean, she did not even have the guts to ask herself! Was she scared? What could I have done to her? So I asked my usual dear question: "How old do you think I am?" and he answered "21!" So I showed him my ID and the three of them (yes, a third woman joined us - how embarrassing) were so surprised!

The third woman then commented while she left "even older than him!"

Even with my mum at the till with me, she asked who was going to pay and then asked me my ID. She did not want to tell me what age I was, but then she told me I definitely look less than 18 :P

Antonio, Samantha's friend said I look 26-28!!!!! But after he heard I spent 6 years in London!!!

I visited the bar with two of my girlfriends. Although this is a bar, we felt like ordering some tea and at the bar the barman said "Even if you are having only a tea, I think I need to ID you". So I asked him "how old do you think I am" and he replied "16"
